Hands and Thimble

This is a 1920 Alfred Stieglitz photograph, Georgia O’Keeffe: A Portrait—Hands and Thimble .
In October 1993 a platinum print of the photo sold at Christie's for $398,500. It was later (2002) one of twenty images in the U.S. Postal Service's Masters of American Photography collection. The stamps were first-class postage for 37 cents.
