It is Staffordshire porcelain, and is available through the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library in Staunton for $6.95 plus S/H. One might also purchase a golf ball depicting Woodrow's signature; Pierce-Arrow mugs, tumblers, and paperweights; the ubiquitous souvenir spoon*; a totebag; and various other things like books and bronze busts.*Damned Spoonies!
